PRAHAAR, the final attack, reflects the paradoxes of our life, our society and our nation. It is an expose of the degenerated society that we live in, an impotent society. The final attack is on this crumbling society.

Look...What the characters of this film say...

MAJOR CHAVAN: I am a soldier. I am taught to destroy the enemy, to kill them. I can see the enemy on our borders, but what about the invisible enemy within, who are more dangerous. What can I do, if the battlefield changes...

KIRAN: Major... everyone views a widow wantonly. Some pity us yet others whistle and ogle. Since Cheeku's father's death, I have been deaf to all such moves. But yet today, I am happy that somebody dared a reply to that whistling.

SHIRLEY: Yes...they killed him... in front of everybody... and they all silently watched him being battered to death...

JOHN D'SOUZA: Son, we do not fight anybody, because we are decent people. We pay this anti-social part of our earnings to buy peace.
